Base fee:
  • This registration is for vendors that are unable to attend the conference but would like to be a corporate member and support GBIS mission. Here you can register to join or go to the GBIS Join page for different options.
  • Vendors that want to display their products and receive 12 months GBIS Corporate membership. Includes one exhibit table, two chairs, coffee/snacks, Lunch and Meet N Greet.

Come one come all.  Everyone is invited to attend this year's GBIS annual conference. 

Calling all HTM, Clinical Engineers, and biomeds to come to Chat Tech in Marietta, GA on August 14th &15th, 2026 to display your wares to the Biomeds from Georgia and the Southeast USA. On Saturday, we will have ample amount of time for vendor exhibits to setup and display products.

Meet N Greet location: TBA.  Meet N Greet will be on Friday August 14th, 2026, starting at 6:00PM. In the Atlanta metropolitan area.   2 free drink tickets per person.  

The conference will start Saturday morning at 7:30AM with breakfast and greetings from Chattahoochee Technical College and GBIS. Registrants will have several opportunities for vendors to support sponsorships and charities.

Exhibitors may start setting up Saturday August 16, 2025 from 7:00 A.M. until 8:00 A.M.
