Base fee:
  • Vendors & others that would like to support GBIS 2026 Technical Conference may select one or more.
    If you cannot make to the conference, send your hand-outs, for a donation and they will be added to our bags during registration. All Sponsorship's and Donations will be recognized.
  • This registration is for vendors that are unable to attend the conference but would like to be a corporate member and support GBIS mission. Here you can register to join or go to the GBIS Join page for different options.
  • Vendors that want to display their products and receive 12 months GBIS Corporate membership. Includes one exhibit table, two chairs, coffee/snacks, Lunch and Meet N Greet.

GBIS 2026 Technical Conference and Meet N Greet Event

Registration: Opens 31st May thru 15th of August.

Meet & Greet Event:    

When: August 14, 2026 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Where: TBA

This year’s conference is dedicated to Dr Mike O' Rear a true GBIS pioneer. A co-founder and developer of GBIS until his passing.

The Meet N Greet is free to all participants that register for the conference. There will be food and drinks for all. Sponsor names will be advertised on our website and at the door.

GBIS 2026 Technical Conference: 

When: August 15, 2026 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Where: Chattahoochee Technical College, 980 Cobb Dr SE, H Building, Marietta, GA 3060

Come join us where vendors can display the latest and greatest in medical equipment. HTM/Biomeds can participant in free educational classes, receive ACI credits, meet and socialize with others, discuss with vendors displayed equipment.

Date: Friday, August 14, 2026                                                                Time: 6:00 PM                                                                           

Join us for an evening of networking with fellow HTM professionals, vendors, and industry leaders.                                                                  Each registered attendee will receive two complimentary drink tickets.
